Printing Call & Walk Sheets

When printing a call or walk sheet from VoteBuilder, keep in mind your page setup:

• Make sure your page is setup in Landscape and not Portrait.
• Make sure the ‘shrink to fit page width’ box is unchecked.
• Make sure your page has 0 margins all the way around. Although VoteBuilder Suggests to leave a ‘0.25’ margin on the left side, you will be better off making it 0 as well.
• Make sure that all of the headers and footers remain blank.

Another reminder if you want to reduce the number of pages you have to print for a walk sheet, uncheck each ‘Page Break’ box next to each sort order field. This will eliminate most of the blank pages and all unnecessary white space.

As always, we are available for trainings to any candidate with the system, or those that are interested in the system, and their staff. We can put on a workshop at the KDP at anytime, and we are also willing to travel to your offices to accommodate our users.
